Hacia una educación universitaria transformadora. Proyectos Fin de Carrera en Cooperación al Desarrollo realizados en la UPV/EHU en el periodo 2006 - 2012

This publication documents and reflects on the experience of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) with Final Degree Projects in Development Cooperation from 2006 to 2012, aiming both to systematize the lessons learned from the programme and to serve as a reference for those seeking to strengthen the link between universities, development cooperation, and social transformation. These Final Degree Projects were carried out specifically by students from technical fields, particularly engineering and architecture degrees. It situates these projects within the broader framework of University Development Cooperation  and Technologies for Human Development, presenting them as tools that promote critical awareness about technology, foster collaboration between the university and social organizations in both the Global North and South, and encourage a more transformative, socially and environmentally responsible model of higher education, under the European Higher Education Area.
