Description

This repository contains the data and code to reproduce the analyses of the paper Contrasting vulnerability profiles for insular assemblages of birds and mammals facing global change.

Raw data were obtained from multiple data sources, detailed in Methods, Appendix S1, and Appendix S2 from the associated paper. Processed data used for vulnerability calculation and the analyses are provided in Dataset1_VU_concept_islands_x_species.xlsx. All steps necessary to obtain the processed data for each marker are also available in scripts from the analyses/ folder.
