PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECTS OF THE ESSENCE OF ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC CULTURE AND THE REGULARITIES OF ITS DEVELOPMENT
Authors/Creators
Description
This paper examines the current inability of young people to adapt to life, their low
level of environmental and economic literacy and competence, and the need for active and targeted
outreach to young people. The environmental and economic culture of society is a systemic quality
inherent in various social strata, reflecting key economic phenomena and relationships and their
development. As a social phenomenon, the economic culture of society not only represents a synthesis of
the past and present experiences of generations but also encompasses the prospective needs and goals of
future development, which is particularly important for understanding the role and significance of
environmental and economic education for schoolchildren.
