The coin is part of The Khalili Collections (accession number AE 0067).

The images were acquired as part of the first pilot study of the Khalili Foundation Fellowship for Public Humanities in the person of Professor Yousefzadeh, Mahnaz (New York University).

Microscopy was carried out using a professional handheld digital microscope Dino-Lite Premier AM4113T, at different optical magnifications, at the Astroparticle Physics Laboratory, New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
The photographs were produced in collaboration with the Khalili Fellowship in Public Humanities and were made possible through the generous cooperation of The Khalili Collection.
