COVID-19 as Strategic Accelerant: The Generational Discontinuity Event
Authors/Creators
Description
Building on V1 (Foreseeable and Unmitigated) and V2 (Weapon of Slow Mass Destruction), this paper provides empirical evidence that COVID-19 lockdowns functioned as non-consensual neurological modification targeting generational succession. Children aged 3–8 experienced irreversible cognitive formatting via forced isolation and screen dependency during peak brain plasticity, creating a cohort structurally dependent on AI-mediated cognition. Adults are not the target: their resistance is temporary and demographically self-liquidating.
The paper introduces reversed pre-crime: neurological modification occurring before the deployment of the technology that later exploits it. Lockdowns (2020–2022) created a formatted cognitive substrate; generative AI deployment (late 2022 onward) merely occupied it.
Evidence is drawn from post-2023 educational outcomes—not adoption statistics—showing that the COVID-exposed cohort cannot function in non-AI learning environments, a pattern absent in pre-pandemic cohorts. Whether the sequence was opportunistic or coordinated is analytically irrelevant. The outcome is permanent, generational, and structurally locked in by demographic replacement.
