The KIET framework investigates controllability, safety-envelope enforcement, and coherence-dependent directional proxy behavior within a Phase B-Lite linearized simulation regime. This deposit includes the KIET Conceptual Note, the Phase A Mathematical Framework, and the Phase B Results & Methods report, establishing a falsifiable control-validation foundation prior to transition into full numerical relativity implementation.
