Description
This open dataset comprises high-resolution T1-weighted contrast-enhanced MRI scans from 136 patients with pituitary neuroendocrine tumors, annotated for tumor segmentation and bilateral intracranial carotid arteries. Co-registered T2-weighted images are provided where available. Accompanying clinical, radiological, pathological and basic radiomic metadata are included. Data are pre-processed and provided in NIfTI format with segmentation masks for automated analysis and validation of radiomic workflows.
