Release Notes for GeNN 5.5.0
This release adds a small number of new features to GeNN as well as including a number of bug fixes that have been identified since the 5.4.0 release.
User Side Changes

- Ability to reset spike counts from custom update (#742)
- Improved some error messages (#733,#744)
- Simplified some feature test logic (#741)
Bug fixes
- Fix NCCL support (#743)
- Various fixes involving toe
- Fix various issues with Toeplitz connectivity (largely related to using it with learning rules) (#757,#755)
- Fix for procedural weights that require extra global parameters (#765)
