THE ROLE OF AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH (MEDICINE + IT + PSYCHOLOGY) IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF A DOCTOR
Authors/Creators
Description
Modern medical practice is undergoing a profound transformation under the influence
of digitalization, developments in clinical informatics, and growing attention to the mental health of both
patients and healthcare professionals. Under these conditions, traditional medical training, based solely on
clinical knowledge, ceases to be sufficient. This article examines the role of an interdisciplinary approach,
combining medicine, information technology and psychology, in the formation of the professional
competencies of a modern doctor. The influence of digital technologies and psycho-behavioral factors on
the development of key competencies such as clinical reasoning, communication, ethics, teamwork and
digital literacy is analyzed.
