Data for: A Highly Limited Amino Acid Library from Asteroid Bennu Yields Wide-ranging Protein Folds

This zip folder (data.zip) contains various protein structural data used to generate the results presented in "A Highly Limited Amino Acid Library from Asteroid Bennu Yields Wide-ranging Protein Folds". The folders correspond to different protein families -> specific PDB entries modeled -> different amino acid library classes -> amino acid library sizes (0 corresponds to a library size of 4, 1 to a library size of 5, etc.) -> indices labelling the 10 different sequences modeled.

Also included is a single structural analogue of Ferredoxin (PDB code 1RFK) produced using a minimal Bennu amino acid library plus Cysteine: (G, A, P, V, L, C).
