This dataset contains the numerical data underlying all main and supplementary figures of a study on a bacterial ecocline in Klebsiella pneumoniae, including all replicates, summary statistics, and associated phylogenetic tree files. Files are organized by figure; some archives contain data for multiple figures as indicated by the file name.
