Description

Understanding consciousness remains one of science’s deepest challenges, yet
most theoretical frameworks lack computational tools that translate formal pos-
tulates into testable, quantitative predictions. We present the first comprehen-
sive open-source software suite implementing Cosmic Loom Theory (CLT) v1.1, a
field-based framework that models biological consciousness as emergent coherence
across coupled energetic substrates. The toolkit comprises five integrated mod-
ules: (1) an Energy Resistance (´eR) phase space visualizer mapping the viable
consciousness window 0.5 ≤ ´eR ≤ 5.0 from biological measurements; (2) two-
dimensional and three-dimensional Loomfield wave simulators solving the CLT
wave equation via leapfrog finite-difference schemes with Mur absorbing bound-
ary conditions; (3) a Hodgkin–Huxley bioelectric network simulator with gap-
junction coupling and morphogenetic pattern dynamics; (4) a biophoton field simu-
lator capturing four distinct emission regimes—Poissonian, coherent, squeezed, and
chaotic—with Kuramoto phase synchronization; (5) a microtubule quantum coher-
ence simulator modeling 13-protofilament lattices across four oscillation scales with
Floquet-driven time-crystal dynamics; and (6) a DNA constraint engine govern-
ing gene expression, epigenetic modulation, and species-specific viable windows.
Key results demonstrate that Loomfield coherence collapses under perturbation
and recovers through hysteresis, bioelectric gap-junction networks spontaneously
form morphogenetic patterns, biophoton Fano factor signatures distinguish healthy
from pathological states, and microtubule triplet-of-triplets resonance at golden-
ratio frequency ratios (1 : φ : φ2) is selectively disrupted by anesthetic modeling.
All simulators produce the unified consciousness observable Cbio and feed into a
14-metric LoomSense integration layer. The suite includes 277 automated tests
across nine modules with continuous integration. All code is freely available at
github.com/DaKingRex/Cosmic-Loom-Theory under an open-source license, pro-
viding the research community with reproducible tools for investigating conscious-
ness as a physical phenomenon.
