This package presents a pre-ethical decision-preparation framework designed to make assumptions, framing effects, and authority conditions visible in complex educational decisions.

The framework addresses a persistent gap in educational decision-making: the absence of systematic tools for examining implicit assumptions and decision conditions before evaluative or normative judgments are applied.
