Example Images and CellProfiler Outputs for IFcoder Demonstration

This repository contains example input data for IFcoder demonstration and tutorial notebooks. They are a small subset of microscopy images from the BBBC022 dataset and cell segmentation with CellProfiler. The original website of BBBC022 is here.
