A BG-GAT trap equipped with a perforated membrane based ATSB system was deployed inside a 203.2 × 203.2 × 157.5 cm screen enclosure at the Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory (left). The perforated bag, containing a green-dyed toxic (propylene glycol) sugar solution, was affixed to the mesh platform inside the trap. Several dead mosquitoes (red circle) are visible on the trap bottom, indicating successful feeding and toxicant ingestion.
