Open-Loop Evaluation Encounter Sets for the Structured Urban Environment

This package includes encounter data to test undesired alerting by a DAA system in the urban environment for three typical geometries: passing in opposite directions, horizontal crossing, and vertical crossing. This data is described in the RTCA Minimum Operational Performance Standards for Detect and Avoid Systems (DO-365D) Appendix P and was used for development and testing of the ACAS Xr system.
