QAOA+ZNE for Carbon Credit Portfolio Optimization

Complete dataset and code for QAOA+ZNE applied to carbon credit portfolio optimization in Goiás, Brazil.

This study includes 7 independent hardware runs executed on IBM Quantum processors (ibm_torino, ibm_fez) between January 17 and February 2, 2026.

## Key Results
- Mean ZNE score: 58.47 ± 6.98
- 31.6% improvement over classical baseline
- Statistical significance: p = 0.0009, Cohen's d = 2.01
