NSSAC/FIELD_software: FIELD: Framework for In silico representation of Environment-Livestock-Demographics interface

One Health issues, such as the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza, present unique challenges at the human-animal-environmental interface. To support such efforts, we develop a methodology to construct a realistic spatiotemporal gridded digital similar (twin) of livestock production and processing, human population, and wild birds for the contiguous United States. This repository holds the software and some datasets corresponding to the implementation of FIELD (Framework for In silico representation of Environment-Livestock-Demographics interface), the risk assessment framework, and the results.
