Description
This dataset contains experimental ptychography data supporting the results presented in the manuscript “Optimizing probes for multi-beam ptychography”.
The dataset is a subset of the data recorded at the ID13 beamline of the ESRF-EBS during the beamtime to proposal CH-7522 (session date 2025-07-10) [1].
The experiments were carried out with the support of the ID13 beamline staff. We acknowledge the assistance of Manfred Burghammer for experimental support and beamline operation, as well as Michael Sztucki for setting up the ID13 beamline for multi-beam ptychography.
The data consist of single-beam ptychographic scans acquired at the beamline and used for experimental probe reconstruction and validation. Each scan is provided in its original acquisition directory structure. The dataset also includes representative reconstruction results derived from the experimental scan data, provided in NumPy (.npz) format.
Detailed descriptions of the directory structure and data formats are provided in the README files included in this record.
