Methods: A conceptual review was carried out by studying the guidelines of Ācāra rasāyana in Carakasaṃhitā and linking them with modern research in psychology, neuroscience, and stress management.
Results: The findings show that following Ācāra rasāyana can improve mental strength, emotional stability, and overall longevity. Each guideline corresponds with modern strategies for managing stress, showing its relevance even in contemporary life.
Conclusion: Ācāra rasāyana offers practical, non-medicinal ways to manage psychological stress. Its timeless principles can help people lead a balanced, healthier, and more resilient life in the modern era.
