The Prostate as a Biological Niche: Patient-Based Observations and Hypotheses (N=1)

This conceptual preprint expands upon the themes explored in the previous work Silent Clues: Patient-Observed Patterns of Recurrent Intimate Odor and Subclinical Urogenital Symptoms (available here: [10.5281/zenodo.18345389]). While Silent Clues focused on observed symptoms, patterns, and potential microbial involvement, the current document explores the prostate as a potential diffusion-limited biological niche that may support persistent colonization.

The text is based on long-term self-observation (N=1) and is structured as a hypothesis-generating narrative. A phase-based model is proposed to explain cycles of remission and relapse, as well as the potential role of environmental modulation. Although non-clinical, the observations and interpretations are intended to support discussion and further research into overlooked mechanisms of infection persistence in hard-to-access urogenital structures.

The work does not offer medical recommendations but may be of interest to researchers working in microbiology, urology, and patient-centered studies.
