A pre-physical structural hypothesis deriving 27+ fundamental physical constants from a single projection constant V̂ = π⁴ + π³ + π ≈ 131.557.
Five particle mass ratios were predicted BLIND — without prior knowledge of experimental values — using a systematic vector-translation method during a documented session (January 27-28, 2026). Four of five matched within <0.5% deviation from PDG/CODATA data. The author had no prior knowledge of quark charges or quantum numbers before the session, excluding reverse-engineering.
The framework distinguishes bare predictions (timeless structural values, avg. ~0.25% deviation, zero free parameters) from dressed measurements (experimental values including field interactions, paralleling QFT renormalization). A universal dressing mechanism is identified where every correction follows a Disorder/Interaction pattern.
This is not a dynamical theory — it is the structural foundation from which dynamics emerge. Structure can exist without dynamics; dynamics cannot exist without structure. The framework provides six explicit falsification criteria, including testable predictions for DUNE (2029-2030) and JUNO (2027).
A falsifiable hypothesis with confirmed predictions is science — regardless of whether its methods are conventional.
