Estimation of the mortality rate ratio for chronic diseases using cross-sectional data without knowledge of disease status at death

This repository contains R source code to run the simulations and reproduce the data analysis for the manuscript “Estimation of the mortality rate ratio for chronic diseases using cross-sectional data without knowledge of disease status at death”.

The code uses the free statistical software R (The R Foundation for Statistical Computing).
