SMARTHANDLE Pilot 3| Human perception & gesture recognition in a battery dismantling robotic cell🔋

Description

In this robot cell the operator can communicate with the robot commanding orders by mean of the Hand gesture system. In the meanwhile, the Human perception system is able to modify the robot speed if the operator is too much close to the robot, even stopping the robot when the operator is the closest, and resuming automatically when operator get far from robot. -The operator activates the “Teaching mode” of robot performing a gesture number 1. -Then, the robot goes from home position to a position above the battery pack. -In moment the operator with a special mouse can move the robot to the specific positions where there are some screws that should be removed out from the battery. -Each screw position is saved by teaching, performing a gesture number 2. -Once all the screw positions have been teached/saved the operator performs a gesture number 3 to start the disassembly cycle automatically.
