Remarks.—A lectotype male was designated at the Natural History Museum in London. This species is known from Mexico (Chiapas and Veracruz), Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.

Material examined.— BELIZE (new country records), Stann Creek District, 19 specimens, Toucan Ridge Ecology & Education Society field station (TREES), Middlesex, 37 km W of Dangriga, 10– 12 June, 2016, 13– 15 June, 2016, 20 June–1 July, 2016, mv/blacklight, L. G. Bezark collector (LGBC, UDCD); Cayo District, 2 specimens, Chiquibul forest, Maya Mountains, Las Cuevas Research Station, 570’, blacklight, 14–20 May, 2007,, F. G. Andrews collector (CSCA).
