Description
These are the Matlab codes (ph.m) to comput the homology persistence of a trail (fossil or modern), as well as the area of a polygonal foraging region (AREA.m). These codes are part of the paper "Sensing the environment: the perceptual ranges of the earliest benthic worms" by Zekun Wang and Tianyun Shi.
