STOMATOLOGIYADA ERGONOMIKA VA SHIFOKOR SALOMATLIGI

Description

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston stomatologik amaliyotida shifokorlarning kasbiy salomatligi uchun jiddiy xavf tug‘diruvchi ergonomik muammolar kompleks tahli qilinadi va ularning yechimlari taklif etiladi. Muallif mamlakatimizda stomatologlar orasida mushak-skelet tizimi, ko‘rish organlari kasalliklari va psixo-emotsional charchoqning keng tarqalganligi, shuningdek, infratuzilmaning eskirganligi va kadrlar tayyorlashda ergonomika fanining yetarlicha o‘rin olmasligini ishonchli dalillar bilan ko‘rsatadi. Xalqaro tajriba tahlii orqali “4-qo‘l texnologiyasi”, operatsion mikroskoplar, elektr qo‘l asboblari va CAD/CAM tizimlari kabi innovatsion yondashuvlarning samaradorligi namoyish etiladi. Maqolaning asosiy qismi O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos amaliy tavsiyalarga bag‘ishlanib, unda shifokorning shaxsiy amaliyoti, klinika darajasi va davlat siyosati uchun aniq chora-tadbirlar – ish holatini to‘g‘rilash, mikropauzalar, ergonomik standartlar joriy etish, milliy yo‘riqnoma ishlab chiqish va uskunalarni sotib olishda ergonomik mezonlarni asosiylashtirish taklif etiladi.
