Rapid Impedance Spectrum Extraction from Relaxation Signals via a Battery Kinetics-Informed Neural Network

Dataset 1 includes LIBs with three different cathode chemistries, namely NCM, LFP, and NCA, corresponding to Cell 1 to Cell 3. EIS measurements and relaxation data acquisition were performed under multiple SOC and SOT ranging from 15 ℃ to 45 ℃.
