Microbiome Forensics Database

Description

This repository is part of the Microbiome Forensics Database. It contains the final metadata file, otu table and the trained classifier. The corresponding documentation is provided on the landing website and the scripts are provided in the Github repository: MFDB Classifier Training. This project is supported by the Emma Louise Kessler Foundation (ELK) for the project titled "Microbiome Forensics Database Portal".
