Theses: Možnosti geochemické analýzy pro poznání zaniklých výrobních areálů v horském prostředí

This archive contains datasets and data-processing workflows used in my master’s thesis entitled:

“Možnosti geochemické analýzy pro poznání zaniklých výrobních areálů v horském prostředí”
(University of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic).

The thesis focuses on the identification and interpretation of archaeological sites using geochemical survey methods (portable XRF) and granulometric analysis, combined with statistical data processing.

Contents of the ZIP archive:

1) Raw data:
   - “surová data granulometrie” – raw granulometric measurements
   - “surová data XRF” – raw portable XRF measurements

   Raw data were only divided into datasets according to analytical method and locality; no statistical processing was applied.

2) Processed XRF datasets:
   - “Hamr Dolní Dvůr XRF”
   - “Milíře Strážné XRF”
   - “Montánní objekty Sklenařovice XRF”

   These datasets include processed values used for statistical analyses and spatial interpretation in the thesis.

3) Processed granulometric datasets:
   - “Hamr Dolní Dvůr granulometrie”
   - “Milíře Strážné granulometrie”

   These datasets were used as supporting evidence for the interpretation of geochemical results.

4) Documentation:
   - Folder “práce s daty” contains a chapter from the thesis (in Czech language) describing all mathematical, statistical, and data-processing steps applied to the datasets, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of results.
