This work presents a conceptual hypothesis concerning the physical nature of cosmic void regions. The focus is placed on the role of spatial conditions rather than on matter distribution alone. Void regions are discussed as environments with specific physical parameters that influence the stability and observability of processes, offering an alternative perspective on the origin of their apparent emptiness.
