This release exists solely to retrigger Zenodo ingestion following a platform outage (504 Gateway Timeout errors) that occurred at the time of the original v1.0 release.
No files, content, structure, or semantics have changed. This release points to the same commit as v1.0.
Purpose: – Restore event-based ingestion for Zenodo – Enable DOI minting for the canonical v1.0 paper
This is an operational retrigger only.
