Psychological Safety in Software Development: Interview Transcripts, Coding Schema, and Empirical Dataset

This repository contains the research artifacts supporting the doctoral thesis “Unraveling Psychological Safety in Software Engineering: Empirical Insights”. The dataset includes translated interview transcripts with software professionals, the qualitative coding schema adopted in the analysis, raw datasets retrieved from SESWE and SEPM via automated queries and the complete empirical dataset used across the studies presented in the thesis.

The materials were collected and analyzed following established qualitative research guidelines in Software Engineering and are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis. Sensitive information has been anonymized to protect participants’ confidentiality.
