Description
- Changed cycle length normalisation to implement extension of cycles shorter than number of desired bins. Repeated values of original cycle are now spread evenly across the cycle instead of repeating first values
- Only on Mac: Added PERMANOVA to PCA for between subject designs to get p-values of group-clustering. On windows the new dependency skbio does not build (heelp)
- Fixed an issue if number of PCA components was too small.
- Fixed an issue with new filename info label in 2D gaitas
