Minor changes, e.g., subtrees were changed to submodules for better handling of subrepositories and the corresponding PhD thesis mentioned.

Final release of the CMDNet implementation in Tensorflow 1 after finishing the PhD thesis. We added the original MMNet and DetNet source code to the CMDNet framework to enable full reproducibility. Additional files used to reproduce the results from [1] have been included. The folder/repo structure was changed.
