Processed and demo transcriptomic data used for Tynianskaia et al. (2026)

This repository contains processed data used of single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing data from human and marmoset embryoid bodies, cerebral organoids, and marmoset telencephalic tissue (see README.txt). Cell composition, developmental trajectories, and functional networks of marmoset and human cerebral organoid and marmoset tissue were investigated in this study. Single-cell RNA-seq demo data (1000 cells per dataset) is also included in this dataset (Please refer to https://github.com/MateoBastidasBetancourt/Tynianskaia_et_al_2026).
