ACME WATCH — Measurement Protocol (v2.1)

ACME WATCH is a falsifiable, measurement-only protocol for observing emergent structure in toy dynamical systems. It measures a fixed set of observables and reports categorical warning flags when systems trend toward freeze, monopoly, chaos, drift, or logging failure. The protocol explicitly prohibits optimization, governance, deployment, or application to real humans or institutions. It is provisional, auditable, and designed to fail informatively.
