Kichik biznes uchun bozorni chuqur o‘rganish, maqsadli segmentlarni aniqlash, xaridor ehtiyojlarini kategoriyalash marketing samaradorligini oshiruvchi asosiy omil sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Ushbu yondashuvning amaliy ahamiyati xalqaro ilmiy tadqiqotlar va O‘zbekistonning amaldagi kichik biznes tajribasi asosida bayon etiladi.
