Mazkur maqolada  iqtisodiyot sharoitida bizneslarning o‘sishi va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda marketingning tutgan o‘rni hamda mijozlarni segmentlarga ajratish strategiyasining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Kichik biznes uchun bozorni chuqur o‘rganish, maqsadli segmentlarni aniqlash, xaridor ehtiyojlarini kategoriyalash marketing samaradorligini oshiruvchi asosiy omil sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Ushbu yondashuvning amaliy ahamiyati xalqaro ilmiy tadqiqotlar va O‘zbekistonning amaldagi kichik biznes tajribasi asosida bayon etiladi.
