This article provides a scientific analysis of the architectural and planning principles underlying the design
and organization of management service company buildings within the urban development context of the Republic of
Uzbekistan. The study comprehensively examines existing urban infrastructure, climatic conditions, socio-economic needs
of the population, as well as the functional characteristics of management service companies. The paper develops new
architectural and planning approaches aimed at shaping these buildings as universal, self-sustaining, and economically
efficient facilities. The research findings demonstrate strong potential for practical implementation at the national level
