WBP- Tariq Tammam Ali

The project focuses on the role of the Parkinson´s Disease associated protein alpha-synuclein and how it impacts the dynamics and activity of the proteasome. The project will make use of human embryonic stem cells which will be differentiated into neuronal and glial cells for further analysis. The majority of the data generated within the project will be microscopy data, as well as immunohbydirization data and sequencing data.
