Dataset segmentů silniční sítě pro vyhodnocení relativní nehodovosti

Road network data were obtained from the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic. Motorways and primary roads were segmented for analysis. In total, 7,826 segments were created; subsequent analyses used 4,459 road sections (8,509 km) classified into NWA reference groups (motorways, primary divided, primary undivided). Section attributes were assigned for proactive assessment (reduction factors RF 0–1 and a final score of 0–100%) and for reactive assessment using Czech Traffic Police crash data (fatal and injury crashes, 2021–2023). Crashes occurring on sections were matched to the nearest section within 50 m, and crash frequencies were calculated per section.
