Physiological-Time HRV Phase-Space Trajectory: Reference Implementation and Supplementary Visualization

This repository provides a reference implementation of a physiological-time–embedded HRV phase-space visualization, together with a supplementary demonstration video.

Physiological time is explicitly defined as cumulative RR intervals and embedded as a geometric axis, enabling index-stable mapping of discrete events across different time representations.

The materials were developed in parallel with an ongoing manuscript submission and are provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and methodological clarity.
