Использование камуфляжной дермопигментации для коррекции посттравматических и постожоговых кожных дефектов лица
Description
Цель исследования заключалась в систематизации данных о применении камуфляжной дермопигментации для коррекции посттравматических и постожоговых дефектов кожи лица и в оценке устойчивости результата с позиции клинических и психоэмоциональных исходов. Методологическая основа включала анализ публикаций по технике имплантации пигмента, наблюдений за длительностью сохранения окраски и описаний субъективного восприятия внешнего вида после коррекции. Рассмотрены особенности подбора оттенка, зависимости распределения пигмента от структуры рубцовой ткани и влияние различий фототипов. Обобщён опыт применения последовательных сеансов с поэтапным выравниванием границ окрашенной зоны. Отдельно выделены изменения самооценки и социального поведения пациентов после снижения контрастности дефекта. Полученные результаты подтверждают устойчивый косметический эффект при индивидуальном подборе параметров процедуры и контроле глубины имплантации. Значимость исследования определяется тем, что дермопигментация рассматривается как малоинвазивный реабилитационный инструмент, позволяющий снизить выраженность лицевых дефектов без длительного восстановительного периода и с положительным влиянием на психоэмоциональное состояние пациентов.
Abstract (English)
The aim of the study was to systematize data on the use of camouflage dermopigmentation to correct post-traumatic and post-burn facial skin defects and to assess the sustainability of the result from the perspective of clinical and psycho-emotional outcomes. The methodological basis included an analysis of publications on pigment implantation techniques, observations on the duration of color retention, and descriptions of subjective perception of appearance after correction. The features of shade selection, the dependence of pigment distribution on the structure of scar tissue, and the effect of phototype differences are considered. The experience of using successive sessions with step-by-step alignment of the boundaries of the colored zone is summarized. The changes in patients' self-esteem and social behavior after reducing the contrast of the defect are highlighted separately. The results obtained confirm a stable cosmetic effect with an individual selection of procedure parameters and control of the depth of implantation. The significance of the study is determined by the fact that dermopigmentation is considered a minimally invasive rehabilitation tool that reduces the severity of facial defects without a long recovery period and with a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state of patients.
