- CollectingBox.stl is the STL file for the collecting box of the feeder module.
- ElectricShockGrid.stl is the STL file for the electric shock grid of the feeder module.
- MainBase.stl is the STL file for the main base of the feeder module.
- FloBuzzTestSetup.f3z is the assembled Fusion 360 file of the complete experimental setup, provided as a representative system-level configuration.
SyringePump_Codes.zip includes the necessary files to build the pump control unit.
- SyringePump.ino contains the firmware running on the microcontroller of the pump control unit.
- SyringePumpLogger.py is used to record operational logs generated by the syringe pump during runtime.
- ReadMe.txt describes the basic features of the syringe pump and provides usage instructions.
- PumpControlUnitPCB.jpg shows the circuit diagram of the custom-designed PCB for the pump control unit.
FloBuzz_Stat.zip includes statistics scripts and experimental data.
- FloBuzz_statistics.Rdm is a statistical analysis script to evaluate experimental data in the R language.
- FloBuzz_data.xlsx includes experimental data. The data was prepared by manually scoring the 450-second video recording of the electric shock-avoidance experiment at 5-second intervals. The number of bees on the flower and whether the electric shock was active were noted.
