Addendum No. 047-Gold to the African Federation Treaty Framework v3.1 and Accompanying Institutional Announcement

Description

This archive contains two primary sovereign documents regarding the operationalisation of the African Federation Treaty Framework (AFTF) v3.1:

1. Addendum No. 047-Gold: A formal technical addendum confirming the execution of the multi-national mineral coordination mandate and the appointment of LINC Holdings International SARL as Project Lead.

2. Institutional Press Release: The formal market announcement detailing the $2.5B–$5B capitalisation roadmap and the social infrastructure "Proof of Work" (clinics, schools, and artisanal dignity) across the DRC, Uganda, Burundi, South Sudan, Ghana, and Liberia.

These documents establish the architectural rigour for the African Rare Earth Mineral Fund (AREMF) and secure the permanent archival provenance of sovereign mineral assets within the Federation.
