This report highlights the key insights and discussions from the SOSCHI Conference held at Kigali, Rwanda on 3-5 December 2025. It brought together over 100 participants from over 23 countries and 65 institutions in Africa to explore how to strengthen understanding of links between climate and healthSessions presented official climate-health indicators, identifying pathways to integrate these into national reporting systems to inform policy and practice 

This report is based on independent notetaking, recordings, and documents. Quotations from officials or expressions of opinion should not be taken as official statements of government policy.
