It enables customers to browse menus, customize orders, manage carts, and track deliveries, while administrators manage menus, orders, users, and analytics through a centralized dashboard. The system delivers sub-500 ms API response times, supports over 1000 concurrent users, achieves 98.2% order accuracy, and records a user satisfaction rating of 4.6/5, demonstrating a cost-efficient and scalable alternative to commission-based food delivery platforms.
