現代社会は、AIによる最適化やKPI管理の浸透により、人間が「代替可能な記号」として沈殿し、主体性を喪失する「静かな停滞」に陥っている。本研究は、この状況に対し、個人の内発的衝動を再起動し、人間主権を取り戻すための理論「攪拌醸成学(Digital Creative Cultivation: DCC)」を提案する。
DCCでは、個人の暗黙知(Seed)が身体的な震え(Undulated Sensation: US)を触媒として独自の信念(Dogma)へと結晶化し、主体的覚醒(Kaigan)に至る「現象学的相転移モデル」を提示する。さらに、この理論を組織やコミュニティで実装するため、「AX Framework(AX Log / AX Compass / AX Card)」を開発した。実証実験では、参加者の96.2%が変容を実感し、主体性スコア4.9(5点満点)を記録した。
本研究は、効率化を目的としたDX(Digital Transformation)を超え、生成AIや社会実装、教育、コミュニティ形成における主体性の回復を目指す「AX(Authentic Transformation)」へのパラダイムシフトを示すものである。思想・実践・教育の接点に立つ人々に向け、現場から生まれる理論と実装の可能性を提示する。

Abstract (English)
Reclaiming Human Sovereignty in the AI Era: Construction of the "Equation of Survival" and the Rebooting of Agency
In contemporary society, AI-driven optimization and KPI-based management have led to the “sedimentation” of humans as replaceable signs, resulting in a loss of autonomous agency. This research introduces Digital Creative Cultivation (DCC), a theory designed to hack these systemic limits from within and to reboot intrinsic individual impulses.
The process of agency rebooting is formalized through a Phenomenological Phase Transition Model, in which tacit knowledge (Seed) crystallizes into personal belief (Dogma) via a catalyst of bodily “Undulated Sensation (US),” culminating in subjective awakening (Kaigan: the opening of one’s spiritual/creative eye).
To operationalize this theory in organizations and communities, the AX Framework (AX Log / AX Compass / AX Card) was developed. Empirical trials showed that 96.2% of participants reported transformative experiences, with an exceptionally high subjective agency score of 4.9/5.0.
This research proposes a paradigm shift from efficiency-driven Digital Transformation (DX) to Authentic Transformation (AX), enabling the reclamation of human sovereignty and agency in the AI era.
