Description

This repository contains the data needed to simulate a level 1 geometry from the paper, "Predicting Pulmonary Artery Pressure using a 1D-Digital Twin Framework in Heart Failure" The patient geometry is in the file named "patient_geometry.stl". The patient's implantable hemodynamic monitor (IHM) pressure reading is in the file "patient_parameters.pdf". Full simulation data for all timesteps can be found in the file "simulation_data.csv." An input file for our 1D fluid solver, is labeled as "example_input.txt."
