Description
Dataset of qPCR-derived concentrations for seven pathogens detected in aircraft wastewater as part of a joint US-UK research collaboration.
Includes the GNU Octave (version 9.2.0) used to produce heatmap visualisations of the time-series for each pathogen for US- and UK-origin flights.
